Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with Ginza Tomato USA.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please email email@example.com to process your return. Once we receive your return request, we will send you an RMA number, which will be required to return the item. Our warehouse will not decline to accept any returns without a RMA number.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. The actual refund process can take up to 2 weeks, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on the return process method, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. This will be made clear during the return process.
